Stay informed on COVID-19 with the latest from the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. If your organization needs antigen tests, fill out the quick request form. Shipments take up to 2 weeks, and most tests remain reliable beyond the expiration date, FDA-approved.
Eligibility is for organizations serving lower-income communities affected by COVID-19. Tests are for community members, clients, and visitors, with guidelines for congregate care facilities. Positive result guidelines are available in English and Spanish.
No tracking is needed for individual tests, but reporting positives to the Department of Public Health is encouraged. Test types vary; iHealth, Celltrion, and Inteliswab are common. The online form guides minimum orders, and additional requests are welcome.
Deliveries are Monday to Friday, 8 am – 5 pm. Use the comments section for urgency due to active outbreaks or upcoming events. For delivery issues, contact nCovid-tlt@ph.lacounty.gov. Store tests at room temperature.
